esp sc 207

ok i have and ibanez rg7321 with a dimarzio paf-7 bridge pick up , now i've had this guitar since 2006 and i feel like thers bigger and better out there, ( ALWAYS) , but my question is should i stick with what i got, or move on to the ESP? i'm just looking at quality sound tone , i'm playing...
