mode four

Hey guys, I picked up a vader 4x12 and I want to throw it in my rig ontop of my mode 4 cabinet. the vader is 8 ohms and the marshall is 16. I haven't ever tried pairing cabs like this before I was wondering if alot of guys do this and what their impedance is. they are going into a 5150. Thanks...
