wireless kit

Can't say I want to spend more than $300, so what would you recommend? I don't think I'll need more than 50 feet and noone from my band is currently using a wireless rig so there shouldn't be issues with bandwidth.

I have a line 6 spider 4 hd150 and i usually use a wireless kit on stage which plugs into the guitar input. however i now want to use a boss ns2 pedal aswell. Can i use my wireless kit, and boss ns2 at the same time and if so how? please heeelppp
