Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar:
I bought these and did the magnet swap on them and never got around to using them. One has an Alnico 5 and one has an Alnico 8. Sold as is because I have no way to test them (not rewiring a guitar with piezos to do it :lol:)

Modifications (if any):
Ceramic magnets replaced with Alnico 5 / Alnico 8

Clips wouldn't be very interesting since they're not in a guitar (and actually were never in a guitar).... pups sitting in a box really don't make any noise :lol:

Do you have a general idea how they will sound? What effect with the magnet swap have on them?

In general an Alnico 8 retains most of the tight bass of a ceramic while adding a bit of warmth, and the Alnico 5 makes things warmer and more fluid. The plan was the A8 would be in the bridge and the A5 would be in the neck.
