5-way replacement for ibby s1520?

so i was replacing pups in an old s1520 and i think i toasted the 5 way.
I'm gonna replace it, but i don't know how to source the part.

it has 8 solder tabs on a tiny pcb board that's connected to the 5 way then wired to the two humbuckers.
just wondering what i should be looking for as a replacement?

it sorta works but the bridge pickup sounds weak.

Just find a music store that does repairs and ask for a 5 way, theres about a million designs.

Indeed there are. however, i need to find a specific brand called COR-TEK
i tried a YM-50 5 way. it wouldn't replicate the switching.

Cor-tek makes pretty standard import boards, same as alpha and all the rest. Check this out

the ym-50 definitley doesn't gel well with just two humbuckers. it was worth a try though.
