28.9" baritone. The recording is by Jim Saxa off of his recording with the Analogues. Beautiful sound.

Is that an arm rest contour on an acoustic? If so that's fucking sick.

Oh yeah - he's got a great reputation. Nice porn photos if I remember correctly. Some very sick woods. I've never played one but I know of people who have. Not cheap tho.

Jeff Traugott also makes some fanned fret acoustics. He built Mayer's. Serious buckage. One of the very top acoustic builders out there.

Arm bevels are all the rage in custom acoustics now. Canadian builder Grit Laskin supposedly started doing them first.

I've been browsing his site and galleries all day. I'm just awestruck really. They're all beautiful.

Sick stuff! Acoustic arm contour = win. Anyone that plays a lot of acoustic can relate

Those mustapick guitars look good, except for the headstocks - they look like a budget guitar's headstock :ugh:

The arm contour is pretty cool though.

On the 8 string...

Where is the end of the .100 string going? There's no bridge pin.

My guess is the ball at the end won't go through the hole because it's too big so there's no need for a pin to hold it in. It would have to be strung in through the soundhole then though.

After browsing Matthew Mustapick Handmade Guitars
site I have to say at approx $20,000.00 less he would get my business. Great website too. Everything nice and clear. Excellent.
