hey! first time on forum here.
im thinking of ordering a seven string agile interceptor pro custom guitar
anyhow i wondering about the scale length

will it work to have a 25.5 scale? i got pretty small hands and its hard for me to picture myself playing something bigger

another oddity is that in the custom ordering page on rondo music they got scale options of 25.5"- 27" and 27"- 30" etc. what does that mean?
do they refer scale lengths that are say between 25.5 and 27? if so, why would anyone want such a custom scale?

Depends if yuor going to tune it down or not.
I prefer shorter scales because they are easier to play, but i LOVE the string tension of my 26.5" Hellraiser C-7 vs my old 25.5" Ibanez S7.

A good quality guitar will sound clean and nice on the 7th string anyway, as long as your not going to tune down too much.

25.5"- 27" etc means when a guitar is multi-scale, I.E. with slanted frets.

Just to put it a little more clearly, 25.5" on the High E string and 27" on the low E string. Give the impression of being "fanned" or warped. Its usefule tension wise, but not a necessity
