I know, but because most of the work is done by other people, I am captive to their schedules and completion times..... If I had my way it would have been done 3 or 4 weeks after it started, but now it is a matter of a couple of weeks as it needs to be ready for the show on March 31

EDIT: you'll probably want to clean that off the knife edges too

its way tougher than any paint or coating, you would have to hit it with a hammer to chip it,..... and yeah, I know about the knife edge, I am still trying to decide which to use... then I will get it ready, any thoughts on color combination?

No thoughts required ;) colourful is the way to go. Is this a powdercoat?

yeah on the powder coating, the colors match the swirl almost perfectly. I was thinking the colorful route as well instead of plain old black.

black baseplate seems to sit better with the guitar, but i say go for that extra unique
factor and use the pink plate/green saddle combo.

Pink baseplate, green/black saddles, black fine tuners, black trem arm holder.

You have to go total fr00t. Use the pink and black/green saddles. You may want to think about getting a trem arm powder coated pink as well, though black would also work.
