It's not quite a 550, but a local shop ha a really nice 565 in right now. If you are interested I can shoot you a link to it.

Hmm, sure, why not? I like the 550 because I get a humbucker in the neck, but a single coil might work. I just have to find a single coil that isn't as bright as the sun, haha. Thanks for the heads up

well the rg550PN has like 3 chips on it that i fixed up, you can't tell from more that 6 feet away. here is a picture of it. this was taken a little whole back when i took the strings off.
