Advice on my RG7620 refinishing.

I agree with no pickguard. I would do white pickups with the white binding, knobs, etc, that would look very nice with a dark, metallic blue.

Just finished a layer of the metallic blue on the body. Its a nice dark blue.. will have to borrow a camera to take shots of it when its done.

That flourescent green was nice - but the finish on it was matte and I could have done a few more coats of wetsanding+clearcoating.

Shawn - I never progressed to the point I wanted to - as I sold the guitar on ebay.

I don't know about the bridge new7 but I love the neck new7, sounds as good, if not better than the Blaze neck IMO. To each his own.

New 7s IMO sound like PAF 7s gone horribly wrong.
