would you mind telling me if your madison head is reliable and durable? i was thinking of getting one, but i've heard some bad things about their durability.

Very Reliable I have one that is 3 years old now and I have used it over 16 - 20 hours a week between rehearsals (and gigs over the last 2 years) and it has yet to take a crap on me nor has it been re tubed.
The other head I have is newer I only use it in the studio for recording and its my gigging head now cause the tone is amazing. My older divinity is my WORK HORSE its the one I rehearse with.
Both have been great to me.
