Aligning hits with EZdrummer...

anyways, heres my question.

On cubase SX 3 with Ezdrummer, how come when i duplicate a pattern, I cant align the second pattern on the grid?

Instead i get this:

use the "quantize" bro. it the big Q ... then you can set it to like 1/2-1/64 or like triplets 1/2T- 1/64T

right, i pressed that Q button but it still didnt change it. the beats are still not lining up
