Are you in the US? I don't know that the "included case" deal is all over the world. If it's a 2005 model, and you're in the US, then whoever you bought it from shafted you. But if it's NOS 2004, or if you're not in the US, I dunno.

i just contact ibanez ditributor for my contry,.. they said, if you like we offer SKB hardcase for you only 60 bucks.. , then i said, i want my j craft case, and free of charge

no wonder they dont ship with hardcase,.. they import SKB case
