I could use a hand, here. I'm pretty sure I've already found most of the available options, but I figured maybe you all may know something I don't.
First point, I'm looking for these specs:
Semi-hollow, 24 fret neck, scale no longer than 25".
Second point, whether installed at the factory, or done myself post-purchase, the guitar will be incorporating Graph Tech Ghost hexaphonic MIDI system.
With that as the foundation of my search, I have 2 basic questions:
A) Is the Carvin SH65 really the only (not full-custom) hollow body out there with 24 frets? Really?
B) Even if it isn't, would the SH65 still be the best bet after considering the cost difference of adding a Graph Tech Ghost system to another guitar?
In short, what I'd really like is a 335/Sheraton guitar, but with 24 frets and MIDI.
