Tough to go wrong with the French movement for this genre, though I often get more absorbed by the melodic black metal side projects than the more shoegaze-y ones. Mortifera has some tremendous material, as does Mystic Forest.

Please excuse the thread resurrection, after a forum search this seems the most suitable thread for sharing atmospheric black metal.
