not really. i still buy the record everytime. thats the point. no matter what the band does, do you still buy the record? with korn i do. I just think the past few records have been shit. im still a fan of the band though.

They're doing wrong though.i thought you were implying that a band didnt release any bad albums. Cause thats usually what that phrase would mean.

yeah exactly. They must be doing something wrong or bad if their albums suck. How can that make a band perfect? The thread should maybe have been entitled: Bands that you stick with no matter what.

It doesnt matter though, we know what you mean. :)

I agree with just about every band and artist that has been listed in this thread.

Eric Johnson would be another one for me as an artist. :D

Suffocation -this band rules imo! :hbang:

With the exception of Satch and Vai, I have to say nobody. Once upon a time (many years ago) I would have said Metallica...but we all know how that turned out. If you keep churning out shit...it is wrong

If we go by the 'other' definition, of bands you buy everything from, even the not so good albums, just to have everything, Testament & Deicide are in that list... Testament's only 'not so good' one was Ritual... Deicide, Incenratehymn & In Torment, In Hell.

Metallica was in that category for me until the black album came out. I bought it because, as my friend said at the time, "Metallica could put out an album of farts and we'd buy it!" But I never listen to it and it's the last thing I'll ever buy of theirs.

There'd be some 'NU' bands on here if it weren't for the fact they all feel the need to cry somewhere on a record.
