I've been playing guitar about 14 years and being self taught there's alot of things I've learned and alot that I lack. I never wanted to learn theory when I was younger but I'm starting to realize how much I am limiting my playing by not having the drive to progress. Really want something I can just sit with at home and practice in my free time as opposed to paying alot of money for private lessons.

The guitar grimoire book. Black red. Hot topic edgy.

It has a clinical breakdown of the makeup of all scales, keys, chords, suspended, augmented, etc.

It’s not really lessons. It just lays out everything and let’s you fuck with the building blocks at your leisure. I love that book.
