hey everyone,
just have a dumb question. I have a project I'm working on (just a cheap Washburn X series I've been customizing) and I didn't like the pick up ring that came with it. It's kinda tapered, so I got a flat one. Its Black Nickel plated metal. I also have a Seymour Duncan invader for the humbucker pick up. I noticed the pick up ring and the Invader were sticking to each other, basically being magnetic to one another. I figured I would ask here before I put it on. I figured the magnetic thing between might possibly ruin the pick up?? any info will help thanks
