This is a video I recorded back sometime in the fall but I only just got around to uploading it. It's a cover of the sweep section in the song "Selkies: The Endless Obsession" by Between the Buried and Me. I apologize for the low sound but I recorded it around midnight and I didn't want to wake up my roommates! Like/subscribe!!

Hmm...I pretty much just starting practicing the 3-string major and minor shapes, then with practice I gradually moved to more and more strings. A good riff for you to practice 3-string sweeps would be the main riff/motif in "Concerto" by Cacophony. Just learn it really slow and as you get comfortable with it speed it up.
