Good point! Another thing: even with quality connecting cables the potential for tone suckage or random cable failure with that many devices is huge. There's enough cash in that minefield of pedals there to get an AFX, which would be way easier to use and so much more reliable.

I've always been intrigued by the tesla, how does it compare to other 7's that you've played?

It has alot more low chunk than a regular 7 string guitar, endless sustain and feels ultra unique and nice to your body! Definitely one of my best guitars!!!
