Can you recommend a luthier or skilled techs in VA or DC for a refret?

I have been working on a Japanese Les Paul Custom whenever I had time throughout the year. I fixed the binding, changed the electronics, restored the broken neck and headstock. Refinished it as good as I could to a satin finish and attempted to work on the frets twice. The first time I just leveled, crowned and polished what was on the guitar but didn't like how small/low the frets got. The last time I attempted a full refret but instead of leveling all at once I did a spot refret to "save time". In the end the thing the result is not horrible but it can't compete with my other guitars. I am done putting time into fixing this guitar and just want to play it. It sounds immense.

So is there anybody that you trust in the area or anybody that was so good that you decided to send them your guitar out of state before?

I just want this thing properly looked at and adjusted once and for all.

Thanks!
