This is serious, believe me. Those cases might even involve lawsuits. I didn't make this thread just to pretend I'm being a hero. What Emperion is doing is unnacceptable, and we have to warn people. Thanks for all the help so far

What the hell will happen to me? I ordered a custom a little over a month and a half ago.

Try to get a reason to cancel and do it. get a refund, what-ever way it works ( I have no experience with paypal or how you paid).

its just a shame people just give them a free pass.
I would be pissed for a lot less.

Had heard of this brand up until recently, so forgive me being nieve.

Could it not be teething problems of a new company, either way the results ive seen are not good and refusing to repair it is even worse, espeically when it seems to be such simple things like finish etc.
