That's a Ford concept car from a couple of years ago.

Nice looking machine... but why did they install the tach upside-down?

I've never seen a tach before that started in the 3-o'clock position and swept down in a clockwise direction to redline around the 10-o'clock position.

Guys, this is a concept car... if they want to do digital 3D renderings of the interior, so be it. The car isn't real, whether they carved it out of balsa wood or rendered it purely in the digital domain. Heck, half of the cars you see in advertising on TV these days aren't the real thing.

But chances are, that interior is an actual physical mock-up.

You sir are incorrect, the actual car was a fully functional one-off and that is in fact the actual working interior.
