Looks great,
And I must consent Mr. Brums notion: an 8string fannedfret headless would indeed look sick!

I might concider spending some money soon

I would live to build some basses. I am waiting on someone ordering one, cause right now I got a lot to do, there is not much time to build something for my own.

I'd love to see something finsihed with that black and white ebony. That stuff has been a serious pain for me to find. Do you know a good place to get more exotic woods in Germany? I'm in Stuttgart.

Sadly I cannot come to Frankfurt this year, I got too much to build. I hope I am there again next year, and also at NAMM.

I buy my woods from a professional wood dealer, who got a lot of european and exotic woods, and sometimes you can find some very special woods dusted in corners. But you can only buy there as a professional woodworker.

But as a privat you can look on ebay for woods, sometimes you are lucky....

I really like your Ahab design. Particularly the baritone looks great. :yesway:

Would you consider building a 7 string Ahab (in the long run, as I'd have to raise some money first)? What are your average turn-around times?

@ Lilarcor: I sent you a private message.

To you all: You can order my all guitars as 6-,7-,8-, maybe even 9-string guitars for sure! Building takes three months, and I can start immediately.

I absolutely LOVE designs like these. Complete focus in designing a guitar that's all about functionality.

I always love the concept of a super ergonomic guitar design and I think you've managed to hit the nail on the head. Kudos to you, sir.

I love crazy guitar designs. I was a huge fan of B.C. Rich until I found out that they were completely dysfunctional.

I think these look really promising.
