It's definitely something different to me,

I like that almost random-seeming chord progression which just makes it unexpected.
But when the guitars are coming in I expected a much bigger sounding guitar:
This guitar sounds like the amp is 2 rooms away from the rest of the band.. :+
Not just 'loudness' but also the fatness of the sound, it's really lacking there.

The drums sound a bit hard,, but I might think that because the guitar is so far away, though I think the kick is really a bit on the loud side.

All in all, nice demo, well done, I like your idea, just try making the guitar a bit more fitting in there, that would be nice!

And yeah, I need to work on that guitar tone. Also note there is no bass, which will add a lot.
