How does iwrestledabearonce constitute anything close to "danceable" metal?

I could see if it was something like Dead By April, RATM, or ADTR (which isnt exactly metal), but iwrestledabearonce?

Also what kind of dancing are you thinking of? (I could see people doing some hardcore dancing to iwrestledabearonce.
