This is one of the bands that first got me into metal. I'm really diggin it so far after the first listen!

I actually like it. Darkest Hour are one of those few melodic/death metal bands that I have consistently enjoyed, despite the fact that the genre has been sorta played out. pretty solid release.

Definitely a step up from the last album IMO. I still miss Kris though. He made DH for me (even if he's incredibly sloppy outside of the studio)
