Why does everybody hate on the eternal return so much. I thought it had some pretty kickass songs on it. Maybe not the best of their discography, but i definitely dont think it sucked.

Because Townsend > McTernan to such an extent that it made Eternal Return virtually unlistenable.

Had this on all day at work, and it's got the makings of a solid album. Will have to give it a fair few more listens to be more objective though. I just love how they keep churning out albums!
