Well at first I thought this guitar was puke ugly.

But after seeing this pic I kinda like it:

i think the revolting paint job is what draws me in.

does anyone own this, I would like to see some other real pics of it.


what are your opnions on it.

When i first saw a UV77GR, i was like "Holy fuck... Its hideous! ... ... I NEED IT!"

I like it! I didn't at first, but I do now. The desert camo COWs look really cool in person, but like they said... it costs a lot more and the guitar isn't worth that much, even with a totally bitchin finish like that.

Each to their own, I guess. You should really look closely at one 'in the flesh', as it were. Pictures really don't do that guitar justice at all.

We have a 6 version of that at our store right now (for like a year) that has been the the subject of endless ridicule among the staff, and officially voted the second ugliest guitar on the floor (out of like 300) right behind a multi-color sparkle flake Squire that's been there for like 3 yrs.

Good idea, but "Camo"? "Walking Target" more like.

That's about right. I have *no* idea who thought that was cool. They'll do that, but not the red that his CS Soloist was.

Nyck's upcoming COW7 might be ugly as hell, but it plays and sounds damn good. And that's what really counts.
