I'm pretty sure he didn't. I think he's just playing because of Mustaine most likely.

I've heard news of a Broderick sig, so I highly doubt it.

haha so he's playing his Ibanezes at the Dean exhibit? I guess it makes sense if he's playing along side Mustaine but still funny

Any source for the possible Jackson switchover or is that here-say?

Well, I take private lessons with the man himself, and I have personally played his prototype for the signature jackson he's designing. I have to say, it is SO SWEET too. And it's a 6 string. You guys will not be disappointed by Jackson. He said to me that Ibanez wouldn't give him enough freedom in the design and was using his name without his permission in various models and Jackson let him do whatever he wants. You'll hear about it publicly soon.

Any chance we will see a Broderick signature 7 string?

Not anytime soon I think. I would much prefer a 7 string but apparently it is more financially feasible to make a 6 string. Hopefully somewhere down the line yes. If Ibanez let him do what he wanted it would have been a 7 string model, but he decided to go with a 6 string model with Jackson because he plays 6 strings in Megadeth.
