I don't know if I have much to say. I absolutely love the playability of the Petrucci models, I have had several JPs in my lifetime, but never one that felt very "me." As a green lover, I think I have found my match.

After seeing Tommy's photos of his, I knew I had to have one, so I moved some money around to make it work. After waiting several weeks for it to be built by Music Man, shipped to Dubaldo Music, and then back to me, you can imagine how anxious I have been to receive it!

I have provided a few photos of the body at slight angle changes, so you can see how reactive this color is from the colors of the reflections bouncing off of it. It can look anywhere from a dark emerald to a bright neon green. The metal flake in the paint is quite a bit larger than in the JPX-7. This makes sure the guitar sparkles in any lighting, and it looks fantastic.

I have a set of Black Hawks which I will be dropping in it very soon. I am excited to see how great that looks (and sounds, of course!).

Congratz, that is the 3rd Emerald Green JPX on this site now~

Yup. I may have misinterpreted Pete DuBaldo on this, but apparently there are less than 5 of these that were even ordered. Maybe he was talking about specifically through DuBaldo Music, but it seemed like he was meaning that there are less than 5 in existence. That would be pretty cool, because most of them ended up on SSO.

Absolutely gorgeous. You'd probably agree with me that even though your photos are amazing this guitar looks 10x better in person.

I tried my best to get it to be represented in the photos. I think my second photo shows it the best, because you can really see all the different colors it can look like.

But you're right. Nothing substitutes the sensation of looking at it with your own eyes.
