Douglas Hadron 725 Pickup Swap

Guys, I have seen multiple threads discussing the removal/swap of the stock pickups that come with the Douglas Hadron 7 string, especially Dimarzio pickups. Has anyone had to modify the body and/or pickups to make them work? Was considering a set of Illuminators & a Blaze single coil, but didn't know if they would just drop in (and if the stock pickup rings worked..).

The one I worked on didn't need any mods for a pickup swap with the humbuckers. I wouldn't think anyone would need to mod it to fit the pickups, but I can't say 100%!
