Hello ss.org . I got me a got me a washburn soloist distortion pedal last 2 weeks ago. I was really looking for the Dragonfly bm1 but is hard to find. I know washburn & dragonfly has same settings Level.Tone.Gain and Contour. My question is do both pedals has same components or mod..do both sound the same.

Dragonfly Black Metal Pedal [Archive] - The Gear Page

Seems like the consensus over there is that they are built on the same PCBs, but no one confirmed/denied that they use the same circuitry. If I were a betting man, I'd say that the Dragonfly version is a slightly modified version of the Artec/Washburn design... If not a direct clone with an evil paint job.

I have both pedals so I'll take a look when I get a chance.

Funny, it never even occurred to me that they might be the same pedal.
