I'm having a hard time finding what I did like when i played 7string, these past 4 years I've been playing 25" 6 string

What gauges do you like on your 25" guitar? This site will allow you to plug in various info and gauges to calculate the best string set for you: Hikky Z's String Assembler

I'd personally try something like 8, 11, 15, 22w, 32, 42, 60 for a medium feel all around.

A 9-56 or 9-(something between 56-60) would be pretty readily available & easy to start. But I use 10-62 in b standard. I'm thinking going up to a 9 would relieve that full step pressure. As mentioned above 8's may be better if you already like light strings in B standard.
