Modifications (if any): Small bumpers underneath removed, velcro put in instead. In perfect shape, if for a few scratches on the top.
Accessories (hardshell case etc): Giving the adapter for normal power supplies with it (EHX are "reversed" compared to normal pedals so you need it to plug it to a non-EHX power supply). Next to the pedal on the pic.
