Boards of Canada - The Campfire Headphase. I can thank Roland for this recommendation.
Massive Attack - Mezzanine. This one was courtesy of Chris - also great stuff.
Also, aside from the two vocal tracks, B. Flieshmann's "The Humbucking Coil" is pretty cool.

And you're into Chroma Key, right?

Front 242, Revolting Cocks, Skinny Puppy.

IMHO the ultimate electronic band is Whitehouse - but definitely not for the fainthearted, either musically or lyrically.

Other Kevin Moore goodness:

OSI - "Standby (looks like rain)"

OSI - Free

I wasn't a HUGE fan of that particular video, but I LOVE that song. "Colorblind" just kicks ass, that and "America The Video" are easily up there wth the best of what Moore wrote with DT.

EDIT - "Free" seems to be incomplete, and while Standby is cool I'm pretty sure it's not an official vid, since Moore seems to be incapable of NOT using distressed film techniques, and the film is fairly clean there. ;)

Heimaterde - Kadavergehorsem

ambient German electro-industrial with some folky stuff thrown in... this album is freaking amazing.

Also basically everything by Funker Vogt (German war techno/electro-industrial stuff). Their best album is eXecution tracks

Hmm, no one seems to have mentioned Coil and their XBOX HUEG discography yet.
