Hey guys!

I have a question that has me somewhat embarrassed. I have been playing for almost 20 years and setting up my own guitars for around 15 years. I have a RG7620 that has an OFR w/GraphTech piezo saddles on it. All of a sudden the trem will not return to 'zero'. I can actually see that it is getting stuck when I raise and return or lower and return. Obviously this affects the tuning dramatically. The trouble is I cannot see anything at all the would be causing this phenomenon. Could the springs be wearing out?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.

Check the trem posts, if any dirt or debris has gotten between the knife edges and the divots on the posts it'll cause this kind of "hang up" issue. Clean and expect both the edges and divots.
