ENGL Amps Now Available at The Axe Palace

I'm happy to announce that my shop The Axe Palace is now an authorized ENGL dealer! I had a nice meeting with those guys at NAMM last week and I'm really excited to get started with them. The Fireball 100 and the new Powerball II are both really cool, and of course the old favorites like the Invader and Savage are nifty too. They also now offer their cabinets in black in addition to the usual chrome which is a nice touch.

I've already placed my initial order and I plan on being a full line dealer, not a special order guy so most likely if there's anything you're looking for I'll either have it or have it coming! I should have a Fireball 100, Invader 100, Powerball, 4x12 cabinet, and some midi floorboards in stock next week. I'm pumped! I've always gotten a lot of requests from customers for these, and while I'm not a fan of all their models, I've always thought they were pretty sweet

I think people will come storming in to take those amps off of ur hands. I can vouch for them. I LOVE my Savage 120

I used to own a Powerball and traded it for the Savage ( i kinda regret it a little bit ) but im really curious as to what they fixed with the new Powerball. I should come to ur place and try one out

Cool dude, I hope so too. As for the Powerball II, it definitely seemed like an improvement but NAMM isn't the best environment for a definitive evaluation. When I get the PB2 in I'll post some reviews/clips.

It will be replacing the original Powerball BTW, not running aside it as an alternative model.

Congrats Nick. Really happy for you. JJ and I seriously need to make a Boston trip. I want to try the Memphis so bad. I wish there were some better demos out there because I know it has potential. I would obviously need a second amp to bring the heavies but I play just as much Pink floyd etc.
