Well I s'pose theyre not just gonna do it for the prisoners that are already in there, they're gonna do it for a few hundred designated cells so that if they do have a new muslim inmate then they can accomodate them as well.

It being my country (well not just mine...but y'know) I don't like the idea of paying for something for criminals but I s'pose that because its for the purpose of religion then people are gonna' complain more if it doesn't happen and then it will be made an even bigger deal of.
