ESP Custom 7-string neck question

I was wondering from those of you that have gotten ESP customs made how specific will they customize a neck for you. I currently own an Ibanez UV777BK, and I would like the specific dimensions of that neck (except that it have 22 frets instead of 24) to be put on an Eclipse body. Most 7-string necks that I have played in the past were way too thick and are like holding a baseball bat. I love the feel of my UV neck but I just don't like the body shape and sound. According to jemsite.com, the UV777's neck has the following specs (If any of the specs of the neck are inaccurate, please correct me):

Frets:
-Large
Thickness:
-20mm at 1st fret
-21.5mm at 12th fret
Width:
-48mm nut
-65mm at 24th fret
