Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar:
Ladies and Djentlemen, thankyou for reading. I have some pretty major money issues coming up for the rest of the year, which is why you will see all of my three axes up for sale. An ESP LTD Truckster, Carvin DC-127 with Q-Tuner pickups and this beauty. It's a real shame to sell them, but I really can't afford to keep anything expensive at the moment.
I bought this about 2 months ago, and already I need to let it go. I've wanted this guitar since it came out about 5 years ago when I first started playing guitar and finally got it after years of waiting.
This is a brilliant guitar, ask Scar Symmetry on this forum. He favours it over any other guitar he's played. Seriously, cannot beat this guitar when it comes to LTD's.
Specifications:
Mahogany body, Maple neck
Earvana compensated nut
Set-thru, 24 XJ fret
25.5 inch scale neck with an Rosewood Fingerboard
ESP Abalone side-block inlays
EMG 81 (bridge) and EMG 85 (neck)
Sperzel Locking tuners
Master Volume, Master Tone
3-way blade switch
Tone-pros Tune O Matic
All Black Hardware
Finish: Gloss Black with Pearl binding all 'round
Modifications:
As it's an '06, it's supposed to have Black Nickel hardware but it has all been replaced with Black hardware.
Brand new Tone-pros bridge, DiMarzio Clip-lock strap (optional), Black oval jackplate and two new Black dome knobs
Can provide with a range of different setups as regards to pickups.
It has an 81/85 combo in there at the moment which I can switch to 85/81 or I have an 89 with coil-tap that I can place in either position.
I also bought a five-way switch to go on this guitar. If you want to use it, it's yours.
I am also offering to setup this guitar with whatever string guage and tuning. Currently it has a custom gauge setup, 10-54 in D standard.
Hardly any damage on this one, only the regular swirl marks and the rest on the back.
