The last interceptor I played had tiny ass frets with file marks all over them (and the fretboard) and sounded slightly dead. I'd take it over the ESP any day of the week :agreed:

I think I could walk to Japan, buy an NT-7, and walk back home before the BRJ would "leave woodshop".

for me, if money really wasn't a concern, I'd go ESP Custom Shop, or PRS custom.

but seriously, ESP, dude.

when i saw the thread i thought the op was going to specify LTD cuz agile was in
the title. anyway, my vote goes to the NT-7. i've played a few decent LTD's and
had the chance to play an ESP M-II NTB recently.

the M-II was $1699, but construction and quality control make a huge
difference. played better than any of the LTD's i've met and i'm guessing
it would crush an interceptor pro 625 as well.

op, looking forward to the NGD thread

NT-7 by far. If I wasn't paying off a custom I would buy the nt-7 in a heart beat.

The only thing I prefer on the agile is the scale length options and hipshot. Aside from that the esp will fucking rape agile in every conceivable way.

esp's are great, i've owned a couple esp's and ltd's 7 stringers over the last few years and i've owned a couple agile 7's too and like everyone else has already said, there is no comparison, in my opnion the ltd's are even a little bit better than the agiles i've owned.

how about this idea?

if this plays like thier 6 string guitars then it most likely will be one of the most amazing 7 stringers out there.
