Ever heard of this guy's pups?

Hey all! First post.
I'm really starting to get into seven string guitars, mostly thanks to two of my influences, Matt Heafy and Tosin Abasi.
So, with that very small intro, here's my question: have any of you used this guy's pups? Care to share a small review? Alnicos are a must for me.. ceramics ftl.

Idk about sound but that "two face" looks kinda sketchy.

How do they look sketchy?

It doesn't look like a well constructed pickup in the slightest. It looks like something someone made at home with scrap.

The rest of the site looks decent enough though.
