Love it -- there are so few that try hard on both counts. It's either synthpop with guitars used as punctuation, or metal with synth added as an afterthought. You obviously wrote the song from the beginning with both in mind. Cheers!

Well, not really, at least not by my definition. Industrial holds a certain sound characteristic too aside from what instruments you use; hard, sharp, very distorted and simplistic. Like Hanzel und Gretyl and other similar bands.
