Its cool if it is not overused just like any other aspect of music...

If I hear a shit load of pinch harmonics in every song from a band ... It gets old... Makes every song sound the same in a way, just like the overuse of breakdowns/bass drops.

This is about the only "-core" breakdown I can handle at all, mainly because It tells me that Ion Dissonance hates you. Go ahead. Try to headbang along with it. starts a bit after 2:45.
