Favorite color for figured quilt tops?

What's everyone color for figured quilt tops? Mine is here

Trans black burst and trans black. Both in satin and gloss finishes. It just works for me.

Trick is not to go too dark with figured maple if you want to see more grain. Been moving away from more traditional colours to more modern takes on quilt/flame tops.

Well- a cherry/vintage sunburst for me or something quite aquatic looking- the old ESPs in the 90s with see-thru-aqua were gorgeous! Green is also a winner..

The brightest = the better in my book, when it comes to the figured finish. I will appreciate a black finish if it is done well of course, despite not ranking it high.
