Thanks, I'll check out your thread.
Mostly I'm just using free plugins for guitar and bass tones, i.e. TSE X50 and Poulin leCto, with poulin leCab and the JJ powertube impulses. I've got amplitube and guitar rig 5, but i think the Poulin stuff sounds better than those
.Bass is going through TSE BOD, and drums is Superior 2.0
EDIT: Oh yeah, an EMG 81-7 helps ALOT!

I feel you on the emg's I have a schecter damien elite 7 with them and I have never been so happy. It mixes really well along with my B.C. rich which has duncan design pickups, No I don't know which kind. haha.
