Really dig that chordey bit that comes in at around 40 seconds.
You should give the ending note some more ring time, too!

Points for that stylin' RGA, too. Those 321s are the bomb.

you realize that there's a pretty well known doom band featuring Messiah from Candlemass of the same name?

Hey, Im one of the guitarist, we do realize it, but we also knew that the Doom Band haven't been active (since at least 20 years) we chose this name because it was the closest term to what our message is.

Anyways, kinda fun fact: people had been "analyzing" our name, saying that it comes from an Anime, a certain book, other bands songs, reality is that we just liked the concept behind the words (in literature).

Thanks for the heads up, cheers!

thanks mate! sometimes I think about trying something new and selling the RGA, but for one or another reason I just can't part with it <3

and Im glad to hear about that about the 0:40 bit. Was the section that kept me the most unsure, and out of all the sections in the song, everyone praises that one the most

I need to check this out when I have access to facebook. Trouble is, I have no short-term memory, so I'll have to set a note on a clock somewhere, or maybe in my pocket...wait, what's this little bell doing in my pocket. ...., what was I doing? My wife always said I'd be late to my own funeral. Remember that...?

This is awesome! Love the Haunted Shore vibe with the tremolo-picked big chords, really adds texture to the track. And holy ...., what tone! :hbang:

One of the few "here's my new EP/song guys, check it out!" that I really enjoyed!
Got me interested in your singer now.....always the make or brake point for Metal IMO.

Will it be shouting or singing....or both? If singing, then whiny high pitched (e.g. Art by Numbers) or more manly (e.g. Howard from Killswitch). If shouting, then more monotone (e.g. Unearth) or the whole range (e.g. Lamb of God)?

People "analyze" the name so much because it's a chiché... I've seen at least 2 bands and a couple songs with "memento mori". The band itself sounds good, though.

All I can say by now, he does both. So stay tuned for more!
