I have a better solution. You keep me on the payroll as an outside consultant and in exchange for my salary, my job will be never to tell people these things that I know. I don't even have to come into the office, I can do this job from home.

Pshaw. That was 10 years ago don't you think we've gotten that taken care of by now?
Jeeps are still the most sturdy and modifyable suv's out there.

Hey if it makes you sleep better at night you keep thinking that.

+ 1 on the trucks. My old dakota was always falling apart. The neon I had though, was a tightly built little car.
I've owned a Ford, 2 Dodges, and now I drive an Isuzu/Honda (my rodeo's the same truck as a honda passport), and my wife drives a Suzuki. I'm just a big fan of how the Japanese cars are made. Knock on wood, they seem to have fewer problems and last a long time.

My Neon was great- for the first 2 years (Bought it new) then it hit the skids
AC - Blew up
Alternator Fried then replaced (after which is was plauged with all manner of electical bugs)
Head gasket - blown
fuel pump - died
Drivers side door - sagging badly
tires - eaten in 20k miles (even with roation and proper alignment)
radio - Fubar
Speaker - shorted

mind you this is from a person who follows the maintainance schedule religously

Working at a Chevy dealership, I have heard them all. This one, my boss came up with Fag Or Retard Driving.

I still love my Ford Mustang regardless. Even if it were a Chevy Mustang, I just like Mustangs, always have. :yesway:

I drive a Pontiac anyway

Shawn..you work at a Chevy dealership and drive a Ford...you have balls my friend. I have a TA vert with an LS1. Wouldn't trade it for a thing. 11.8 in the 1/4. I have been thinking of painting a tribal "screaming chicken" on the hood and do a modern retro thing.

should we initiate a recall? Take the number
of vehicles in the field, A, multiply by the
probable rate of failure, B, multiply by the
average out-of-court settlement, C. A times
B times C equals X. If X is less than the cost
of a recall, we don't do one."

these kinds of accidents?"
Narrator: "You wouldn't believe."

you work for?"
Narrator: "A major one."
