So my friend wood dealer gave me a phone call this morning telling me that he found some cool stuff for me :D

30mn later I go over and check..........

 1 huge piece of slab cut zebra wood for making guitar tops!

1 huge piece of slab cut wenge which once turned into strips will be quatersawn and perfect for building center neck portions!

I also may use some of it for making some nice tops :D

Zebrano...
Imagine a bookmatched top with that stuff!
Looks grey on surface because its been drying for the past 10 years...

Oh and..... :D

Some epic very old european walnut which has been eaten be termites 60 years ago :D

I'm going to be using this on a side prodject, I always wanted to build a neck with termite marks on it... :D

It does not affect anything its purely esthetical and must be filled with dark epoxy...

Awesome man :) I love the fact you like to experiment with woods. I'm sure it was you who said you were going to make a guitar from plywood or something or already had lol
